ACM Movie Night
ACM Movie Night Presents:
Indie Game: The Movie, directed by James Swirsky and Lisanne Pajot, looks at the underdogs of the video game industry, indie game developers, who sacrifice money, health and sanity to realize their lifelong dreams of sharing their creative visions with the world.
The College of Computing Sciences here at NJIT breeds many creative minds, and individuals with intrinsic natural talent. Often times we as students are faced with overwhelming challenges, but it is these challenges that temper our skills as developers and designers so that we can overcome anything that the industry throws at us. Indie Game the movie takes on a journey with regular people just like us who have pushed themselves to do something different and create something extraordinary. It shows us that within all of us is our locked potential struggling and striving to break free, and once we harness it we too, can create something beautiful.
